Disney World has a strict vaccine policy. All guests must present proof of vaccination against measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) to enter the park. You don’t need to show proof of a Covid vaccine to enter the park at this time.

04. Vacination Exemptions

There are only a few exemptions to Disney’s vaccine policy: medical exemption, religious exemption, and personal belief exemption. If you can’t provide proof of vaccination, you will need proof of a legitimate exemption.

05. Medical Exemptions

If you have a medical exemption, you will need to present a letter from your doctor at the entrance to the park.

06. Religious Exemption

If you have a religious exemption, you will need to present a letter from your pastor at the entrance to the park.

If you have a personal belief exemption, you will need to present an affidavit signed by both parents at the entrance to the park.

08. Vaccination Status Check Location

Disney World checks vaccination status at the entrance to the park. You will not be able to enter the park without proof of vaccination.

09. Vaccination Status of Adults Check

Disney World checks the vaccination status of adults as well as children. All guests must present proof of vaccination against measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) to enter the park.

10. Breaching Vaccine Policy Rules

If you do not have proof of vaccination and attempt to enter the park, you will be denied entry. There are no other consequences for breaking Disney’s vaccine policy.

Final Thoughts:

Disney World has a strict vaccine policy. It can feel like these policies are too strict or inconvenient but they are put in place to help minimize the risk of park-goers contracting various diseases, including Covid.

There are a few ways to get around Disney World’s vaccine policy if you cannot provide proof of vaccination. To be considered exempt and to be allowed into the park, you must present a medical, religious, or self-belief document.

So far Disney World has not released any more updates about their Covid vaccine policy, but I will update this article every time they do, so check back from time to time!
