01. How to Get to Disney World Without Tolls?
There are three toll-free routes you can take from Orlando International Airport to Disney World.
Route One: via West Sand Lake Road
This route is 19.3 miles long as will take 35 minutes if your driving.
Route Two: via FL-528 W/FL-528 Toll W 38 min (18.4 miles)
Route Three: via I-4 W 40 min (24.0 miles)
02. How to Plan Your Route to Avoid Tolls
You can use Google Maps to plan a route to Disney World that doesn’t have any tolls. To do this, you need to follow these steps.
Steps
- Click on the Directions icon in Google maps
- Choose your starting point.
- Choose your destination which is Walt Disney World resort
- Click the options link
- And choose the Avoid Tolls option
After completing the steps, Google Maps will display the most efficient route to help you avoid paying Disney World Tolls. Take a look at the image below to visually see how to complete each step.
03. How Much Are Tolls Going to Disney World
If you go the old way of 528 to i4, there are two $2.50 tolls on 528. 417 there are two $1.75 tolls. Both routes have cash lanes on the main line. * Prices seem to constantly go up on the toll roads so plan accordingly. The cfxway site never seems to have accurate pricing. It shows 528 tolls being $1.50. I think that was about 5 years ago.
