With Beast’s Castle, you get the same experience from Disney’s classic Beauty and the Beast. You’ll find the famous “Be Our Guest” Restaurant with three dining rooms: the ballroom, west wing/rose room, and gallery. It is home to iconic Beauty and the Beast items and locations, such as the Wilting Rose in the West Wing, the Angels and chandeliers in the Ballroom, and the changing portraits of the master. The stained-glass mural of Belle and Beast and the gargoyle statues are hidden features.

Beast’s Castle at Walt Disney World offers an experience just like the classic movie Beauty and the Beast. The castle has places that are featured in the movie as well, such as the ballroom, the west wing and the rose room. In the “Be Our Guest” Restaurant, you can dine like Belle did, and see some of the things you’ll see in the movie like the Wilting Rose in the West Wing, the chandeliers and angels in the Ballroom, and the changing portraits of the master. There are also hidden classics in the castle, such as the mural of Belle and Beast and the gargoyle statues, which you will notice if you watch the movie several times.

Prince Eric’s Castle is a Mediterranean-style castle with towering balconies and walls painted with artwork that depicts the story of a man’s journey on the sea. Besides its towering balconies and Spanish-style roof, the castle has a maritime touch with beams shaped like seaweed.

With its Mediterranean-style castle reflecting the sea, Prince Eric’s Castle will take you back to the story of The Little Mermaid. There are towering balconies and walls covered with artworks that tell the story of a man’s journey on the sea. The castle will also make you feel like you have entered the world of the Little Mermaid with its nautical appeal as well as the Spanish-style roof and beams shaped like seaweeds as seen in the film.

What’s Inside?

Rapunzel’s Tower represents the castle from Disney’s animated classic, Tangled. Despite not being able to go inside the tower, you can enjoy its exterior and the courtyard, the rocks at the base, and the small village referenced in the film. Those rocks under the tower represent the passage and hidden entrance of Mother Gothel. In addition, the small village of Corona is decorated with lanterns and banners in its courtyard. You can still enjoy the theme with the posters and other decors in these bathrooms.

Rapunzel’s Tower represents the actual castle like you see in the classic movie, Tangled. While the tower isn’t passable, the exterior is just like the one in the film. The castle includes some of the locations from the movie such as the courtyard, the rocks at the base, and the small village nearby. In the movie, Mother Gothel enters through the rocks below the tower as the passage and hidden entrance to the tower. As in the movie, the small village of Corona is decorated with lanterns and banners in its courtyard. In these bathrooms, you can still enjoy the theme thanks to posters and other decorations.

A series of five exquisite, handcrafted glass mosaic murals depict Cinderella as an orphan, a princess, and more at Cinderella’s Castle, one of the iconic Disney castles. Cinderella’s Royal Table (formerly King Stefan’s Banquet Hall) and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique are also located inside the castle. The castle also has a restaurant to reserve a table in advance and enjoy an elegant meal at the royal table.

The Sleeping Beauty Castle features 3D models depicting Disney’s classic film The Sleeping Beauty. Because of the story’s theme, the castle portrays a dark and scary setting, which means you’ll see some narrow and dark passageways, Pepper’s Ghost Illusions, and blacklight projections throughout your walk. In addition, it has a lot of stairs with no elevator, and some people might find it creepy, especially with Maleficent’s henchmen along the corridor of goons. 

Sleeping Beauty Castle offers 3D models that recreate the film’s scene. In addition, the castle provides a dark and scary setting like the majority of The Sleeping Beauty film. You’ll also see narrow and dark passageways with Pepper’s Ghost Illusions, as well as blacklight projections along the path. Additionally, there are a lot of stairs without an elevator, and some might find it creepy. Disneyland Tokyo’s Cinderella Castle beautifully depicts Disney’s classic Cinderella through artwork that tells her story, such as paintings, dioramas, murals, and more. Here, rather than the other Cinderella Castle, eight murals depict Cinderella from a beloved daughter to a servant and then a princess. Paper, wood, and glass are used to create the artwork, and you can find a diorama where Cinderella magically transforms into a ball gown. As part of the castle, there is also a grand hall with a magnificent chandelier, Cinderella’s glass shoe, a throne, and magic paintings with messages revealed through a camera’s flash.

Through its artwork, Disney Tokyo’s Cinderella Castle lets visitors experience a castle similar to that of Disney’s Cinderella, including paintings, dioramas, murals, and more. The eight murals depict Cinderella from a beloved daughter to a servant and finally to a princess, just as you would see in the film. Le Château de la Belle au Bois dormant depicts Disney’s Classic Sleeping Beauty in tapestries, stained glass windows, figures, and other decorations. The castle, made of real stone, has a dimly lit cavern where a giant dragon rests, releasing smoke puffs and growlings from time to time. Along with the gallery of displays depicting the film’s story, the castle also has La Boutique du Château, which sells Christmas ornaments throughout the year, and Merlin l’Enchanteur, a shop for handmade glass figures. 

In its tapestries, stained glass windows, figures, and other decorations, the Château de la Belle au Bois represents the castle from Disney’s The Sleeping Beauty. The castle is made of stone and has a cavern with a sleeping giant dragon that releases smoke puffs and growls periodically like the one in the movie. With La Boutique du Château, which sells ornaments throughout the year, and Merlin l’Enchanteur, which sells handmade glass figures, the gallery of the castle gives its visitors the feeling that they are in a movie.

What’s Inside?

Shanghai Disneyland features the tallest Disney Castle, Enchanted Storybook Castle, as its main attraction. This castle features a walk-through attraction, a make-over boutique, a stage, a restaurant, and a boat ride that passes below the main level. Its main hall contains mosaics that depict four Disney princesses, one for each season. You’ll see a large circular dome in the middle, with elaborate walkways leading to the four entrances from each side. The ceiling is covered in a regal blue star-shaped pattern, and a golden chandelier is placed in the center.
